Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your package ships, we will send a tracking link so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

What is your return policy for skincare items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused beauty products. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location but usually arrive within 10-14 business days.
Do you offer samples with every purchase?
We love letting you try new things! Every order includes two complimentary samples of our best-selling serums or moisturizers, subject to availability.
